Is it just me or is almost every variety of TV commercial for a dose?

Be it for depression, restless leg syndrome, male impotence LOL I can not see to see a soap without a cardinal another drug commercials. Have you noticed that most of the pills’ side effects, “the benefits outgo. I hate Big Pharma LOL!
